Electronic Specialties Introduces the #902 Code Buddy +PLUS

Electronic Specialties introduces the #902 Code Buddy +PLUS, which works with all 1996 and later OBD II/CAN-compliant vehicles.

Menus and all user interface are tri-lingual in English/Spanish/French languages.

The 902 can display the full live data stream, giving valuable feedback while the vehicle’s engine is running.

Should the vehicle set a hard trouble code, freeze-frame data can be viewed as well. Code Buddy +PLUS can read and clear generic and manufacturer-specific DTCs and pending codes.

Further capabilities include displaying I/M and emissions readiness status as well as MIL status.

The 902 will also display the VINs and calibration IDs of 2002 and newer vehicles supporting Mode 9.
